Part-Time - 28 Hours Per Week Alternating two- and three-day work weeks including: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Shifts may include day, evening, and weekend coverage as needed.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Vascular Access Nurse (RN) to join our infusion team. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong IV expertise, a steady clinical presence, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care in a meaningful setting. You will play a key role in initiating and managing IV ketamine infusions while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and emotional support throughout the treatment process.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts Extensive vascular access experience Minimum of 30 IV starts per week over the past 12 months (required) Experience in high-acuity or high-volume settings such as: ER / Emergency Department ICU IV Therapy / Vascular Access Team Outpatient infusion clinic Dialysis or similar environment Strong technical proficiency in IV initiation and maintenance
Highly confident in IV insertion and vascular access procedures Calm, composed, and steady under pressure Naturally empathetic with strong patient communication skills Able to provide emotional reassurance to patients in a mental health setting Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences
