You will monitor trauma processes, maintain and review clinical data, support quality-improvement initiatives, and help ensure alignment with applicable standards and protocols. You will also contribute to staff education and community outreach. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with relevant emergency, trauma, or critical-care experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate, collaborative care.
