Safety Management: Enforce all safety protocols and regulations on-site, conduct daily safety briefings, perform job hazard assessments, and maintain a safe working environment for all crew members. Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications, identifying and correcting deficiencies before final inspections. Problem‑Solving & Decision Making: Identify and resolve installation challenges in real‑time, make critical decisions on‑site, and elevate complex issues to project management when necessary. Training & Mentorship: Train and develop crew members on proper installation techniques, safety practices, and equipment operation, fostering skill development and team cohesion. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, crew hours, material usage, and project progress, reporting regularly to project management. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred; experience in solar installations is a plus. Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Ability to use hand and power tools safely; basic understanding of electrical systems is beneficial.
