Salesforce AdministratorThe Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the system – namely Salesforce and the Glovia application. This person works within the system daily to manage data integrity, process effectiveness and user support. Supports day-to-day use of the system. Implements enhancement or maintenance work, managing timelines and resources. This role will work hand in hand with the CRM Senior Analyst to ensure a positive user experience and efficient data processes.The top three required skills are:Salesforce Admin certificationMinimum of 2 years’ experienceExperience with the Fujitsu Glovia application or ability to learn this application on SalesforceOther required skills include:Ability to interface with and influence personnel across JMSAbility to handle and prioritize multiple workloads and requestsStrong written and verbal skills.
