Guardian is looking for a dependable and hardworking Route Cleaner to join our growing team in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties along an assigned route of commercial or residential locations
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company guidelines
• Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap at each stop
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper working condition
• Complete route on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred
• Ability to follow a route schedule independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required
• Ability to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed
• Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic
