What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system
• Respond effectively to patient crises and emergencies
• Maintain safety and compliance standards throughout your shift

What You Need

• Active Oregon RN license
• Minimum of 1+ year of ER nursing experience (preferred)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teaching abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
