PART-TIME FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

Bighorn Plumbing is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Front Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity to build professional office and customer service experience.

• 20–32 hours per week
• No nights
• No Sundays
• 7 holidays off
• Consistent part-time schedule

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Required)
• Plus 2–3 additional weekdays, Monday–Friday
• No nights or Sundays
• Exact weekday schedule based on availability and business needs

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Greet customers and visitors professionally
• Help schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Perform basic data entry and office tasks
• Assist with filing, paperwork, and organization
• Support the office team with day-to-day administrative needs
• Maintain a clean and organized front office

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently when needed
• No plumbing or previous office experience required
