Hospitality Support Associate (Open)

Event Support

• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown (room setup, catering placement, supplies)
• Support food and beverage service alongside our culinary and hospitality team
• Greet and assist guests, providing a professional and welcoming experience
• Maintain event spaces throughout service (cleanliness, organization, restocking)

Hospitality Coverage

• Step in during team absences to support daily hospitality operations
• Execute routine tasks such as kitchen organization, catering setup, and supply restocking
• Ensure shared spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready

General Support

• Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
• Take direction from team leads and adapt quickly to changing needs
• Jump in where needed to help the team deliver a high-quality experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, food service, events, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable taking direction
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or event-based shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move event materials as needed

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $24.18 - $41.20 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $25.00 to $25.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
