General Production Worker

Location: Beavertown, PA

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + Overtime Available

Pay: Weekly

Looking for a hands-on job with consistent hours and growth opportunities? We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team in Beavertown, PA. This position plays a key role in the lumber manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect lumber coming off the production line for defects, damage, and quality concerns.
• Mark defective lumber according to established quality standards.
• Remove, sort, and stack lumber safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Rotate between lumber inspection and stacking duties as needed.
• Be available for overtime and occasional weekend work when production demands require it.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and stack lumber throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or lumber experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
