In this role, you will contact donors to arrange, confirm, and reschedule appointments; explain donation procedures; answer questions; and maintain accurate scheduling records. You will coordinate appointment availability with donor centers and mobile blood drive teams, support donor outreach, and provide respectful, compassionate service while protecting confidential information.
