Base pay range $65.00/hr - $85.00/hr Position: Chemistry Expert (PhD) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $65–$85/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Create and evaluate complex chemistry problems across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical chemistry, and biochemistry. Review AI-generated chemistry outputs for scientific accuracy, chemical reasoning, and domain relevance. Provide clear, structured written feedback on problem sets, mechanisms, and solutions. Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to refine and improve model performance. Ensure academic rigor, consistency, and scientific precision in all chemistry content used for AI training and evaluation. Requirements PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field. Deep subject‑matter expertise across core chemistry disciplines. Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to produce clear, structured chemistry content suitable for AI systems. Prior teaching, research, or publication experience is a plus. Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
